I started with National Karate when I was 10/11 years old and I would not be the person I am today without it. It has taught me many life lessons and to earn something great you need to work for it. Mentally and physically. There are no shortcuts or timeline set in place. And when it gets rough and knocks you down you get back up and start again.
Love it here and it's my favorite lunchtime place to visit in the area! Recommended!!

I spent four years of my life here, best thing my parents ever did. I learned how to be a good person under Mr Sutherland, I also learned how to break a man's clavicle ud83dude0fnFunny thing is , once I got comfortable with myself I found that I never needed to defend myself as trouble left me alone. Had fun with tournaments and the diamond Nationals was a blast. Sparing on Fridays and kick boxing on Sat morningud83eudd14 I should start taking classes again.
