My wife and I had a horrible experience here this past summer that involved a simple exterior door/storm door purchase/installation that took over 5 months due to various issues. However, I met with Lisa today about the issue and she did what she could to resolve it. We appreciate her and management for coming through with a solution to this problem!
I purchased carpet at a reasonable price and they handled the installation last November. The install was terrible! very poor workmanship.....I am disappointed. I have not yet shampooed it and I am afraid all the seams will come apart. I can see where the seams are and they did a patch job in my living room, which is coming up. I would not recommend having them install carpet for you.
