I was pleasantly surprised to talk to a real person when I called the other day. Professional and knowledgeable customer service dept. When I was an Excel customer, calling them was a black hole of no answers from anyone, then transfer transfer transfer, dropped call. Glad to have Connexus as my electric company now.

I'm convinced that they coach their phone reps to be intentionally insufferable. These people are uniformly awful. I presume a prerequisite of hire is an antisocial personality disorder.

The exact definition of corporate greed as they can do what they want as they are the monopoly in the area. Hard times with money for alot of people and they don't care just as long as they get theres.. terrible..
