Good food drive thru a little slow.
never get the order correct
Hit and miss here. One time I had great service, other havent been great. Teammates working here always seem sad. They forgot the salt for my fries last night! How do you forget that?
I have been going to this location for a couple years now. It's service is making a hot race down hill. From receiving the wrong order not only once but twice in one day, after driving back to have it fixed. Burgers not being fully cooked and them admitting they were having issues, yet still sending these burgers out the window. To customer service that is subpar and extremely rude at times. The only reason there is even two stars is because you have one amazing worker there who is always kind and doing such a great job!! I look forward to her greeting me at the window. Unfortunately, that may be something of the past if the location continues to spiral. Unfortunately, it looks like the manager doesn't care enough to even look at the reviews they are getting. As I see I am not the only one with a complaint and zero responses.
They don't need freaking two people working the drive thru!!! I had to repeat myself for no reason! All I order were just two happy meals to find out that they even forgot to include the toys inside the boxes! Find yourselves some decent employees, my word! Ugh!
