Hands down worst branch I wish I had never set up a account with them i have been on the phone for a total of 6 hours an 33 minutes in the past three days they are no help whatsoever they just transfer you to the hot line where it is extremely hard to understand what anyone saying they just repeat what you know and they keep saying it cannot express how much I dislike this branch more then I could explain

You go in and out of this bank every week, and the service is always pleasant, quick, correct, and flawless. The bank is clean, easy to access, and I appreciate the tall ceilings.nnBut there have been a few times now that I've really appreciated the service and experience of this branch, all thanks to the one Megan Wells (prev. Ladyka) and her amazing personal assistance.nnWhen going through an end of life scare, I had just hours to tie up the paperwork before heading into surgery. Needing a Notary and to add signers to all of my accounts, we went straight to Megan for her help. She thought of a few things we hadn't, got everything signed, helped us get it all tied tightly together, and stayed in touch so she could help at any turn.nnMost recently, we visited Megan again to update our accounts as our company has grown over the past year and, as always, she was there with a smile to help make it all happen.nnIt's nice to walk in and hear your name welcome you from across the room from someone with such a pleasant attitude and clearly very experienced. Thank you for getting us up to speed, Megan!

This branch is very good. Pleasant service friendly bank tellers everyone is friendly helpful. For people looking for a bank come here. Wells fargo is the only bank I bank at. Everyone at this bank provides outstanding customer service. This location will take care of you and treat like family customer service at its finest. Thank you wells fargo and this location.

Trying to make a business deposit, 1 teller working who's already working on another business deposit, they brought someone up to come help, while the wait was bad, the reason for the one star, Alex said he's new to the system, I've been coming in for years, I know you've been employed for several months, every other teller has never had a issue.
