I am surprised at how polarized all the reviews are (at the time of this review in mid-2020) all ratings are either 5 stars or 1 star). I have never had an account here myself, but have had to do business with them for an elderly person who wasn't able to travel. They were quite capable to handle this odd situation.nnTheir location is also convenient.

I love my bank! I have been a customer for over 12 years. The team at BMO Harris is the best. They know me by name and say hello the minute I walk in the door. They offer me services that would be helpful to improve my financial situation and that of my family. I wouldn't bank anywhere else! I've experienced poor service, high fees on everything and lack of response from other banks in the area. I consider them a partner not just another business. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for personal and business needs.
Unfortunately, they get 1 star because of RUDE telephone bankers. I had a complaint, she literally gave me the number to Wells Fargo in elk river and said go take your business accounts there! So happily, I did. They don't care about you, your situations, the fact that they had errors, and they certainly don't care about your businesses. Forced me to find a better bank and I did. Dont waste your time and risk your money with these fools.
