Btw, my name is not Dawn!? Really, come on.nI loved banking here until yesterday. I went to deposit a check and get money back. Today, 12-31-2020, after debit card transactions being declined I am told that they don't know where my money is. Lori has so far given me attitude and acting defensively, when I have been acting calmly whilst being twenty questioned; even though my answers seem to only provide more irritation to Lori. The condescension in her voice was literally audible through a free WiFi calling app and is demeaning in its own right. Like I said, I like banking here, but Lori gotta quidditch.
I cannot put into words how thankful we were to have Arlene help us move into our new home. After being denied by multiple national Veteran organizations, Merchants came to the rescue. Arlene was patient, helpful and honest about the entire process and expidited requirements to make the closing date. We are now proud to be a part of the Merchants family and excited to be welcomed into the local community. Thank you for everything Arlene, your kind gesture will not be forgotten.
