Nice and clean room for two boats at a time. Steep loading and unloading hill.

Space between dock and pad to far away, pad also to short. Thanks to the drive your boat on trailer people.

You do need four wheel drive.. angle is steep.

Decent ramp. Not a huge amount of parking. Very clean.nnIf you're looking at the water I'd use the left side over the right side ramp if you're 2wd. The right side is a little rough and theres a break in the concrete that can cause you to lose traction on the uphill.

Never taken care of in winter... always slick and hard to get fishouse off lake..
