I have accounts at the Alexandria location. Funds availability policy is a little slower than other institutions I bank at. However, I've been treated very well on real estate loans and revolving business credit lines. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Overall a decent place to work with.

NIcole went the extra mile and helped me with my car payment being lost, and never found. She went above and beyond the call of duty. That extra effort will always be appreciate.
I talked with a gentlemen on the phone David and he had lots of knowledge about loans accounts and willing to help. We opened up an account there shelby was nice and informative.
Charge you $1 on top of the atm fees to use non mmfcu atm's. Daily withdrawal limit from debit card is capped at $200 and won't go any higher. Never seen a bank put so many restrictions on accessing your own money.
