Parking was decent even though it was a very busy launch. There is a bit of a rough transition from the concrete launching pad and the asphalt, but if you remember to go slow you will be ok. My 25' boat was a bit big for the space, but from what I saw all of the 21' setups were doing quite well and etiquette was adhered to by everyone which makes a huge difference in the experience.
Windy launch today!nHad to use 2 lines to avoid bumping into downwind dock!nThanks again to the nice couple that helped.nBtw... Avoid the ramp on the right. It's got some massive potholes.
It was cloudy and a bit chilly, my perfect type of weather, and we had a blast catching a few sunnies and baby bass. All kids were wearing a life vest (we put them on after taking the picture), and it allowed us to have an even more enjoyable experience. People fishing at the dock with us were very friendly. The water was so so clear!!
Gorgeous walk by the lake shore. Very tranquil.
Several shelters available. Nice walking path. Decent size playground
