Don was very knowledgeable on windows. He helped us find all the damages on the windows from a hail storm and negotiated with the insurance company to have all repairs/replacement covered. Their work was quick and with high quality. It was a great experience working with Don and his crew. If you even get any damage on the roof, ask Don to check the windows as well. Those damages are easily missed by non-professionals. But with Don, you are in good hands. Highly recommended!

I had previously replaced my roof due to a hail storm, and I had no idea I had major window damage. Don was visiting a neighbor, and he asked me if he could take a look at my aluminum clad windows on my stucco home for hail damage. Due to his initiative, I now have new Pella Architecture windows on my home.nnDon worked with my insurance company from beginning to end. Due to his efforts, my insurance company agreed to replace all 19 of my exterior windows which including proper stucco repair. Don contracted the window replacement, touch up, painting, and stucco repair. Smith Cole did an outstanding job on the stucco for Don. The color and texture match was excellent.nnDon and Pure Home Restoration were honest, responsive, and did what they said they would - with no surprises.
