Nexus supported the majority of our 7th basketball team during their off-practice days. Focusing on speed and agility during their sessions at Nexus allowed the coaches and team to prioritize efforts on the game. I believe it was this tag team approach allowed the team to make huge strides throughout the year.nnThe adult boot camp classes are awesome too! It is the perfect blend of lifting and fitness for a solid workout. When the pandemic hit I was so appreciative for the flexibility of the classes to go virtual.nnHighly recommend Nexus for kids and adults! Supportive and knowledgeable coaches all around.
My kids really enjoyed their time at Nexus Sports Performance. It was a fun way for them to grow as athletes. They really look forward to going back for more speed & strength drills to enhance their sports performance as they continue to get older!
Enrolled my at time 7 year old son during covid hybrid. This was his gym class over the lunch hour. The class was small and kept him challenge d and engaged and excited to go back each class. Great bunch of coaches!
