The Pharmacist at this location is arrogant and rude. He consistently seems bothered and irritated at the thought of helping someone. This pharmacy is listed as a needle exchange location on the Mn DHS website and he was so rude to me and made me feel like some raging junkie when I requested a bag of insulin syringes. Jaw dropped & like a deer in headlights. There is absolutely no reason so act like that, circumstances are irrelevant when you are in customer service..you always treat customers with respect. I was extremely embarrassed, shamed, it was awful. He should work in a prison or get a different job if you’re miserable, don’t take it out on people that are relying on your services.

Amy in the pharmacy should not have a job. She was so disrespectful in the drive-thru, wouldn’t come to the window to speak with me, wanted to hide in the back on the phone instead of having an adult conversation. I told her that I already spoke with the manager about her behavior and she yells “Congratulations! Bye!” and hung up the phone on me. The shift lead finally came to the window and I explained the issues that I was having with Amy. She apologized and attempted to help but it was clear she wasn’t familiar with the system in the pharmacy. I couldn’t get my prescription filled for my 3-year-old daughter because Amy refused to do her job. I’ll be calling the regional manager as well as corporate; she should be fired, this is completely unacceptable behavior from an employee.

Easily the most infuriating, substandard phone system I have ever encountered as a consumer... Routes you to nowhere and will not let you talk to a human for 20-30 minutes at a time when you're just trying to check up on a prescription. Then, after repeated messages saying you are on hold, it rings and rings and hangs up on you. Tried 10 times, gave up. Bad enough that I will stop using Walgreens

Pharmacy staff is really amazing! Multiple times I have been impressed with the high level of service and willingness to go above and beyond to fix issues that they did not cause.
