Excellent place tp bring the family for a week of good fishing, relaxing & just plain fun fun fun! ! The owners are very friendly & have lots of good info about where the fish are! Had an awesome time. Just bring towels and soaps from home

Had a great time. Our friends had been going there for 9 years now. We rented a 2 bedroom cabin. You wont find fancy cabins here. Mom and pop cabins but they are cozy and have roof over head. It's a small resort but it's nice we had our little child with us less busy so they were able to run around with out worrying about them much. Owners are super nice people. Amazing lake to fish on. Planning coming back again next year.

Needs updating. Smelt like gas as all pilot lights were out on the stove. Army and nest in the bedroom. Carpet was on concrete floor with no padding. For the price, the cabins we're not worth it. We we're told we were using too many garbage bags and got a lecture on how they have to pay for garbage removal. The price to rent things were really expensive. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great rustic cabins that have zero concrete floors since they are made of wood. Maybe you should know what you talking about Nancy before bashing someone’s business or better yet maybe you should spend more time enjoying the awesome lake, beach and kids sandbox or the biking trails instead of complaining about some pilot lights that were out on the stove. For the love of God, I bet you complain your family death. Oh by the way you are in the North Woods of MN, so yeah they have bugs and critters and sometimes they get into the house. I am sure they would never want anyone in network to show up that resort as clearly you sit around generating massive amounts of garbage. If you think everything to expensive you should go to those other resorts and pay their prices, clearly you have no clue. The place is great and they have many repeat customers who have been coming for literally decades and their prices are very fair. Robert, saying they over fish the lake makes you sound like local guide who was unable to find the fish, which I suspect is the case. We catch and release tons of fish on this lake from Crappie, bass, northern and sunfish to walleye. Just because you are unable to catch any fish does not mean the lake is over fished. You cannot even type a coherent sentence you should not be allowed to write a review. The place is fantastic very laid back, with great fishing and the prices are reasonable. highly recommend as the family is outstanding and they go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please do not listen to the negative reviewers they clearly have no idea what they are talking about..
