This place always gets my order right and they make the food fresh. Awesome deals and they hook up the sauce for the nuggets!

I TRIED THE IMPOSSIBLE WHOPPER IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS...IT IS VEGAN OR PLANT BASED AND TASTES SO GOOD...I WILL NOW ORDER THIS FROM NOW ON...JUST AWESOME...

I have attempted to stop here several times and always have problems, such as drive thru is closed or they are out of food. Business is shared with a Broadway Pizza, which seems to get better reviews. Doesn't seem like they can handle running both business properly and end up prioritizing the pizza side of the business. Close this BK if you can't properly staff it or keep it stocked with basics such as French fries.

Tellers can figure out of to use cash and debit card together. Doesn't listen when you tell them no ice in drinks. Got like warm fries right from the window. Long as hell wait and order/menu screen broken. Horrible example of bk go drive into cloud or brainerd. SKIP THIS PLACE. If you go here expect cold food long lines for no reason and incompetent tellers
