Our Unit was broken into. They cut the lock off and put their own lock on. The new lock looked just like the ones that Aspen storage uses!! They came out to cut the lock off Patrick was a jerk about it!nThey only have 1 camera.nIf I had to guess I would say it was an inside job. So if you like you stuff go someplace else!!
Great looking site with high end security cameras!
Our lock was cut off and a pressure washer and miter saw was stolen. The thief went through boxes and took personal belongings. We made a police report and several calls to the owner asking to review security tapes. We were told they would review tapes. Three months later, we have not been notified of results of security tapes. At this point, we do not believe there was any security cameras and feel we were lied to. The owner did not return any phone calls regarding compensation for stolen items. We do not recommend this storage facility!!!
Worst place I've ever rented from out of my 16 years. Unfortunately Partick the owner will steal your money and screw you over. I've heard nothing but bad thing about it before hand but was willing to take my chances because you can't believe everything you hear. But it seems like everyone was right.. so sad.. so please be careful!
Best storage place in the St Cloud area. Its low key and outside of town. No unnessary security gate or hours. 24/7 access. The units are huge. My units ceiling is about 18 feet high. It’s also locally owned and you deal directly with the owner. He is accommodating and fair. I stop at my unit daily to pick up work equipment. That wasn’t my initial plan but being it has such easy access, it’s turned into a 2nd garage.
