Asked for multiple itemized statements to see what I would be paying for and they said they sent them out multiple times but I never received them. I was then informed by phone call that I had a scheduled hearing at the court house in less than a month. How can you be this unprofessional and lazy when you're dealing with laws, court cases, and debts?nnHorrible, just horrible.

My favorite part of speaking with them today is when the heartless meater I spoke with told me that I shouldn't be getting medical and food assistance because I get too much money on disability (60% of my previous income when I could work) and accused me of lying on my assistance applications.nnHey, just want to let you know, if hell exists, you're going to fit right in you gibface hornswaggler.

Called this afternoon about a debt notice I received from a hospital stay almost two years ago. I was confused about the bill as I had insurance at the time. I was polite and just asked a question trying to figure out who I could contact to try and resolve the issue. The woman refused to answer any questions, was very rude and ended up hanging up on me after being on the phone with me for less than a minute and a half. I understand that it has to be a tough job collecting debts from people but I was shocked at how she treated me. I would give 0 stars if it were at all possible.
