H&R Block

I have been going to the same agent, Theresa Stang, for years. She is always quick and efficient and gets me the most amount back on my returns. I know I can depend on her. She is very kind and knows what she is doing. I feel like she cares about me.

Theresa is the best!! She always do an amazing job and we love working with her.

This is the first time I have felt like this with H&R and have paid the extra it costs to use you guys cause I have always enjoyed and felt confident. But this year I felt my tax person was very rude on the phone and not much better while I was signing
