Glendorado Shooting Preserve

Rick is absolutely amazing. Personable and very helpful, particularly with new dogs and willing to help out in any way! I brought my, now 5 year old Lab, to Glendorado his very first time, and yeasterday, brought my 10 month old (along with my 5 year old) to do the same tradition! Wasn't my first time there, won't be my last! Great place, great people, great NATURAL cover/fields! Duke (and Sadie), went 9/10, we went 9/9!

Great hunt! Got 9 of our 10 birds. Great trails and fields. Really nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend!

First time visitor and did not have fantastic experience. Put out 12 birds on the SW field flushed only 5. Hit every thing we flushed, had to ground pound 1 of the 6 we took home. Could have been the crusty snow that encouraged birds to run. Had fresh tracks across the road and saw another hunter ground pound some birds in a ditch, pretty sure they ran there. Approach some tall woods and had a number of birds roaming in there but too dense to get on them before the dogs pushed them up. Young man assisting appeared tired and informed us he tucks the head and tosses them out. Could have been why they scattered. bigger party came in as were were wrapping up and he seemed more inspired by them (presume they were regulars) Nice looking property and cover just felt like we got the short end of the day.

Excellent group of guys on a great piece of land.
