Traffic is well managed and they had a great selection of girls clothes considering the retailnChallenges that exist right now. Their boys selection (5T and less) is pretty lacking.

I have horrible customer service. I was locked out of my online account. Emailed to get a link to reset password. The link didn't come to my email. I emailed customer service THREE TIMES to say the link wasn't arriving. YES, I checked my spam folder, YES I enabled email from their address, YES I enabled third party cookies. Still, all I got was a form message. I am trying to order a specific Christmas gift, but guess I will take my business someplace else. They won't get to me until Wednesday and this started Tuesday.
