Kyle was very helpful and always sounded positive and had such a welcoming tone every time I talked to him on the phone and in person! Easiest process I have ever had buying a car. Very quick responses. We talked on a Friday afternoon. I called Saturday morning to let him know the car I want is in Paducah. Someone went and got the car from Paducah that day and I had it that afternoon! We will definitely be referring to friends and will be back if we buy a vehicle again!
I came in 10 minutes before closing time too look at a car and Kyle came too the door and greeted us very politely and handed us the key for a test drive. We came back and he was willing to sit down and help us even though it was past closing time. He gave great information and numbers and we were sold. They delivered the car the next day for free. This was my first car-buying experience and I did not expect it too go as smooth as it did. Thanks Kyle!
The one star is for one salesman in particular, Chris Hayes Was the rudest salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Went to give a deposit on a truck and he wasn’t helpful at all. The other sales team have all been good.
Perkins Motor Plex - Murray has awesome customer service!! Chris Hays made purchasing a car the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had!!! No sitting in an office for half a day waiting for numbers or papers to be signed. He took care of all the paperwork with the bank. All I had to do was show up, sign the papers and drive away in my new car!!! You need a car? Go to PMP!!!
Easiest and most friendly dealership around. Never felt like I was being led to buy something. They were there with all the answers and suggestions I could ask for. I would definitely recommend Perkins to my friends and neighbors
