They charge a lot, didn't even ASK if I had any tax deductable items. Which I did. And to top it all off, they put my birth date in wrong, so I had to go verify my identity with the IRS. -10 stars. Thought I was saving time, but it would have been faster to do my own taxes. Update. Forgot to mention the drive to the nearest IRS building was an hour and 15 mins. So I lost gas money and time too. They should disclaim that as a hidden fee. Terrible service.

They take so much from your taxes. It goes to the service which doesn't take long. Also it goes to a bank as well.
