KFC

We rate this restaurant as 4.5. We went there around 6:00pm on a Thursday. Long line of cars but line moved faster than expected. The two employees we had help from were fast and seemed to care about our order and us. One of us got a box of chicken meal with Dr Pepper, and the other got a chicken strip meal with root beer. Both were good chicken portions and tasty. I wasn’t offered a dipping sauce or maybe I was but didn’t hear it with the cold air and windy conditions outside. The mashed potatoes and Cole slaw are very good. The French fries are fair. I’d recommend going to this KFC.

Prices are too high

This is my local KFC near my home. I had a conversation with my parents who live a little farther out and they commented how this is the best KFC in the area.(the Anoka one is terrible). They specifically noted the drive through guy and how kind he was to them. I see a lot of comments on here about I'm assuming the same person. Please let him know he is doing a great job and people notice and appreciate him!

Guy at the window never misses a chance to add fees to the order. They seem to care much less about getting the order right. CONSISTENTLY gets simple order wrong. Forgets napkins, forks, etc. Never forgets to up charge.

Forgot nuggets in the $9 box. What's the point of ordering if they don't give you food.nnCalled and they said they'd mail me a coupon to make up for it- plus normally the food is good. Edited from a 1 star to 4.
