Domino's Pizza

Our order was messed up when we arrived. Not only did they resend the correct order, but they also sent some dessert. Mistakes happen, no big deal - great customer service is hard to come by these days. Excellent experience!

They have the convenience of a drive through for pick up but getting to it can be a little hard depending on which way your driving.

Every time I come here, my order is correct and delicious, and after the snow storm last week, I'll definitely keep coming here. I got stuck in the snow the day before Christmas Eve half a block from my house, and a delivery worker helped shovel me out. He was really nice and I hope his manager sees this and let's him know that I'm really grateful.

I integrated my experience with fast food and customer service with this one. I can hardly call myself a foody or even a true professional at that. Though I must give my opinion based on the two. Today and multiple weeks in particular now this isn’t really a complaint to the store or the business. This is more or less about the professionalism and priority of the service that was not conveyed. You call this place but, they claim to be either A. busy at the moment or B. Very occupied. Now I get that dominos is quite the go to pizza store nowadays but, it has made its progress and through that should’ve done the best that they can to give customers the best experience possible. Here they lack the experience in fast food and or pizza joints of sorts and the courage to talk to people and are downright disrespectful. They will not work with you over the phone so you might as well go straight to the app. Either way there are lots of places to go even though dominos supplies some of the best pizzas alive they are also have some of the worst employees out there. If you can help not coming here I strongly recommend you don’t. Half the time they burn your pizza regardless!

Turned into a late dinner and wanted to have a quick delivered pizza. First time from the new location. Ordered an Extravaganzza and was very disappointed with the toppings. Hardy any cheese and all and toppings were concentrated in the center of the pizza. Super large chunks and strands of onion. Have had farrrr better from local competitors and their old location. Hope the quality improves. Next order WAS much better. Really enjoyed the thin, flaky crust. App always seems to have issues. It's convenient but, at times it can be very frustrating. Worked perfectly last time and the pizza was PERFECT!
