This is hands down the best yoga studio around. And did I mention they also have a phenomenal juice bar! Also, you can find barre classes along with various levels of yoga classes. Come for a class, you won’t be disappointed❤ufe0f

I love everything about this studio! All the employees are kind and helpful and every instructor is great at teaching the classes. The good and juices are healthy and full of flavor! During the pandemic, you can tell they are keeping everything very clean and safe to ensure everyone stays healthy coming into the building and classes. I would highly recommend Pressed Hot Yoga!

This place is AMAZING! They have a variety of workout classes including gentle flow, to vinyasa flows, sculpt, barre and power flow classes. I change it up daily and always feel motivated to keep going. The teachers are great too - They each add their unique style and support our growth. This place has given me a place to honor by mind, body, and soul.

Pressed has so many great classes to choose from with the best instructors. I love going to their classes on a weekly/daily basis! The smoothie and bowl options are also healthy and amazing!

This should be y our Yoga Destination! The studios are beautiful, lots of options for classes, and the flows are always changing so it makes things much more interesting. If you want a true, hot yoga experience, the trip to Blaine is totally worth it!
