Had my new Ram in for a warning light recently. The service rep. was terrific. Courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. When I picked it up she went through the lengthy report filed by the repair tech. He obviously spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problem and tracing it back to a broken wire connector. Jessy was really terrific. We texted for a bit about what I was looking for. He wasn’t pushy and always responded. I made an appointment, we met and found a vehicle that I am really excited about. The rest of the team detailed and installed parts to my new truck in an awesome time frame. Paperwork was even ready to sign when I arrived to take possession. Just an all around good experience. I would leave no stars if possible. This is the worse buying experience I’ve ever had! DO NOT BUY from this dealer! I’m fully approved to buy a vehicle form my bank, and the dealer is trying to REQUIRE that I get my credit pulled for them to close the deal. All they want is to make more money on doing the loan.

I brought my Chrysler 200 to this dealership ship on 12/30/2020. Rea lee was my service tech she was very helpful and so polite she answered all of my questions .she treated me like family. And the guy that worked on my car did a wonderful job. So with that being said it was worth every amount I paid. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
