North Country Ford

I recently had an engine noise that was difficult to pin point. The car only did it about 30% of the time under specific situations. I appreciate that they had the patience to attempt to replicate the noise numerous times. Once they did hear it they made a first attempt to fix it and it continued to make the noise but, they supported me in working with Ford corporate that it was not a normal noise and they should continue to try to find and fix the problem. While it took a little longer than I had hoped, I understand it was not an easy problem to figure out and appreciate that they were able to put in a lot of new parts that corrected the issue. (All under warranty) They were very good about updates to progress and sending me a picture of where they were at was nice. I would highly recommend the service department at North Country Ford. It was the second time in the past year they had provided great service and made a customer happy they chose to go there for service.

My wife and I knew what vehicle we wanted when we showed up. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Matt George and he made sure we were taken care of. He had us test drive the vehicle to ensure we made our choice, made sure the vehicle was gased up and clean before we drove off, and checked on us during the finance part of our purchase. Great salesman, great person, and very friendly. Highly recommend going through Matt!

I love working with North County Ford!nI was only coming in for an oil change and tire rotation. From the time I checked in, until I was driving off the lot, was under and hour. Jake the service rep is well organized and knows his customers and their vehicles. I do a lot of driving and Jake will make sure my car is in great condition for last minute trips.
