I opened a new account with financial one with Caitlin and was done very professionally. I chose FInancial One based on the google reviews compared to other local credit unions and Financial One services. For my needs, I believe Financial One and the staff at the Blaine office will be great.

We have been members of this credit union for 20 years or more. When we moved to the south metro it was no longer our primary bank. We kept the account open. We are glad we did, we called to inquire about used car loan rates and were offered a very attractive loan and asked if we were interesed in a consolidation loan - We worked with Barb and the process was quick and efficient and she provided excellent customer service to us.
This bank is by far the worst bank I've ever had to deal with, their customer service is complete garbage and the way they go about their business is utterly disgusting. I will NEVER deal with these people again and will be closing our account as soon as they're back in their office !!!!!!!
I've been a loyal customer the past decade...but Financial One has been more loyal to me as a customer. Always looking out for me and what is best financially.
