Peaceful, clean, safe and also, for me, nostalgic. Took my daughter here the other day and told her stories of when I was her age and played in that park. Nice to see the simple additions, like a skate rink and tennis courts....i dont believe those were there in the 80s. Perfect little park for those residing in community. Not a tourism park by any means....but if you're in the area and need some space in nature for whatever reason, with or without kids, by all means stop and sit at the park or take a stroll through. There is not a parking lot and side streets are slightly narrow so please respect the residential property that surrounds the park. Namasteud83dude42
It's a great park
Nice courts. Bring a chair.
This park is always well maintained. There are two picnic shelters and a brand new open shelter near the pond. There is a large deck to fish from and you can rent fishing equipment from the adjacent library.nA nice walk has been laid out through the adjoining woods. And there is a paved walk in the park and around the lake.nIt also has two baseball diamonds and two play scape areas including swings.nNow, they just need to add a large and small dog park to be complete.
Nice park in Riverview. Good Pokemon stop.
