Might as well just close down seeing its closed most of the time anyway. Also would be great if they could hire actual mature people instead of the regular hormone ridden teenagers.
Horrible customer service. I ordered my food for portal pick when I arrived they were closed with a poor excuse of a note. I called an when someone finally picked up they sounded incoherent. They claimed that things were not cut up an they would bring me my food out. While waiting 2 other customer pull up with the same issue. When I finally got my food ( placed order at 11 didn't get my food till 1140) it was cold, not cut right an so thin on the bottom. When I called to let them know, the employees didn't seem to care an was carrying on a conversation with each other. They refused a refund an only offered to remake it. Which at this point I'm already back at work an cant leave again.
Thankful for the customer service!nSpecial shout out to Jozzy! Always kind, helpful, and friendly. (Even brought my pizza to my car when the store got crowded because of Covid-19 protocols!)
Staff wasn’t very friendly an food was cold
Nothing is ever hot n ready when I go there on my lunch. I'm always waiting 10 mins for a lunch box. Be better off order before hand.
