I love this gym . Interval training at its best. Great upbeat coaches. Don't get a workout like this when I'm by myself at other gyms

I have belonged to RE Woodhaven since they opened in August/September 2019. Great workout and sauna experience. Everyone is friendly and supports our goals for weight-loss or just getting in shape. There are classes in the morning, afternoon, and evening. All coaches are helpful and good at what they do. Ot may be difficult to get into a sauna but if you book early and join the waitlist you can usually get into one. COVID has changed the number of people in one session but you are able to workout on your own and at your own pace still.
I found this very helpful and joined the membership. A week later covid lockdown. I contact them for a refund and they tell me they won't refund because they anticipate opening again and want to keep my business. So, I agree. Evidently they are now open again and yet no one has contacted me about setting appointments for my already paid for membership. I find this to be very disappointing and until this is resolved, have to give a 1 star. This is the same as stealing someone's money. It is no different. I will be leaving a review on FB as well.
