Spent over 38 years working out and playing racquetball @ TAC. No place is perfect. I have no complaints.
It's a nice gym and I miss going there. Never too busy but you have to watch out for the personal trainer there that wears a name tag on his sleeveless under armor shirt. He tries to take other personal trainers clients away and he creeps on all the women including my girlfriend. Even with private messages that were sent to my gf he still works there for some reason.
Great club. Not too busy, no riff raff. Awesome staff. This is my favorite gym in the area.
I am so glad I rejoined the trenton athletic wonderful friendly staff, friends I have not seen a while, clean and inviting along with all working equipment. Thank you so very much.
Okay they don't have new and shiny equipment and some of the equipment is a bit run down. Otherwise, I love this gym. It's never too busy and you always can get on a machine. Great free weight room and the cardio room has everything a person serious about fitness needs. Its clean, the sauna works great, and the locker room is nice. I highly recommend TAC.
