First time and definitely won't be the last! Enjoy every minute! Have done other workouts and they did not loosen my neck and this one did! Asked the name of a song but once in the car and listened to other music I forgot the title! It was the last song in our workout on Sunday! Something about life! Could someone help! I will blame it on age
I love this place. I don't even feel like I'm exercising. It's a party with friends. Great variety of music, people of all ages, and a welcoming atmosphere from the time you walk in the door. I was hooked after only one class. I highly recommend this place.
Cardio drumming offers a warm friendly environment for you to reach all of your fitness goals. Also, the music is great and so are the routines. A place where you can feel at home while reaching your fitness goals! The weight loss challenges and Galas are my favorite.
