Phil's fitness therapy is the greatest place to go if you want to change your life for the better. Not only will you get one of the best mentors and coaches there is, Phil, but he will transform the way you look and approach working out. He's tough, caring, understanding and a great listener to your needs. He saved my life two years ago and I can't be more grateful to him and his facility.
Favorite place to be. He has changed my life and couldn't be more grateful. If you're wanting to change your life and be healthier this is the place to be. I actually miss it when I'm not there.
