They doubled the price on items you bring to them for embroidering from $7.50 to $15.00 and added a hundred dollar minimum. Eliminating small business owners from their business model. I was told they are a franchise and can’t afford the cost of making errors on items they don’t sell directly. I guess I am looking for a new embroidery company and will no longer be able to work with this local company. I had referred several people to them in the past 3 years. The people I referred were also small business owners and are no longer part of their business model.
We use EmbroidMe Wyandotte for our businesses' customized shirts, warm ups and jackets. We get compliments all the time. They do an excellent job for a fair price. They have a large assortment of styles and sizes from tiny to huge and will order in items for you as well. Marie is awesome!
Purchased some logowear, very pleased with the product. Will use again for sure.
There was a slight snag with my order, but Lori made sure it was completed on time and the quality was exactly as they had promised. Definitely will be returning to do more business with them!
