I originally purchased my 2020 Fusion at Bill Brown Ford, which is where I have been going for years now. I have even referred my family to go there as well. Not anymore- way too many issues and customer service has gone way down hill. However, Gorno Quick Lane has been nothing but helpful. I had to have a rim replaced and 3 weeks later a tire. Both experiences were very positive and pleasant. They are friendly and quick to provide great customer service. When I need a new vehicle or have any issues, I will be going to Gorno from now on.
Purchased a used SUV from Gorno Ford and Joe Giancana was our salesman. We could not be happier with our purchase and Joe. Joe was professional, and his personality is funny, happy and a pleasure to be around. He guided us through the entire process and even called us to make sure we were happy. From the moment I walked in and was greeted until the deal was sealed I was treated with respect and kindness. I traded in my Explorer and I got an F150 in the color I wanted. Steve Root was my sales guy and everything went very smooth. Thank you Steve and Gorno for making my second sales experience an awesome one. Will definitely be back when the time comes and I definitely recommend this place. My husband went a week later and dealt with Steve as well and again that went awesome. We are both extremely satisfied!!
