I would steer clear of this place... I have spoken with the Used Car Manager (Mike) over the phone, 2 weeks ago. We discussed a trade in that I was interested in purchasing. He was supposed to get me information on the inspection, instead he ignored me after our conversation. I left 2 messages, no call back. A simple answer to my question would have sufficed, instead he left our conversation with no closure. It's a sign of the type of business that is conducted here. If you sold it to someone else, just tell me.nI buy new vehicles often due to the nature of my work - I will never give Taylor Ford my business after the way I was treated.

I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and I frequent the service department on a regular basis for maintenance and repair. I have found Taylor Ford to be the friendliest Ford service dept in the area and the atmosphere in general at the dealership is relaxed. I also like that Taylor Ford has a good truck selection when I have purchased trucks at this dealership. No dealership is perfect but based on my experience Taylor Ford does a very good job.
