After an extensive search and quotes from multiple dealers, we drove from southeast PA to Michigan to pickup an in-stock RV. I must say, all of the staff were friendly, but Angel absolutely ROCKS! She was on top of every little detail and made sure we were back on the road as quickly as possible. Definitely recommend this dealership.
So pleased with this place! Front desk was awesome. Everyone was friendly, helpful and everything was to us about pricing. They dealt with the 'Extended Warranty' company for us and what wasn't covered by them, General RV fixed and were VERY reasonable! Will return for any and all future RV repairs!!
We bought our 1st RV. Excellent service. Once you sign that paper, they could care less about you.i will never buy another one from them. They don't care if you don't come back. If they want returning customers, they need to REALLYwork on customer service. FYI: if you're not here to buy then go somewhere else!
Took our old pop-up camper in for the lift system. Although it took several weeks for the parts to come in (Due to Covid) the service department called me on a regular basis and kept me up to date. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Got it back today and so far I'm very happy with their work. Looking forward to camping season.
