Scott really came through for my family with this bike! Another dealer(to remain nameless in Toledo), sold my son's bike out from under us. Scott followed through on his promise and price and got the CRF50 to my boys by Easter!! I drove 2 hours to get treated great by the guys at Genthe Honda Power sports! Excellent showroom and staff. You get to know them personally, more than just their occupation as a sales staff or showroom. Mike and Scott are very honest and upfront with what they are selling and seek to get you into the appropriate machine for your needs and budget. They will not oversell you a machine you don't want or need to do the job.nnThank you for a very enjoyable experience.nnMartin.

Went to test drive a 2015 Yamaha V-Star for my Nephew as he doesn't have his cycle endorsement yet. Our salesman Scott by far is one of the best. Excellent customer service!!! We didn't feel like just a number. Actually felt like family. Will definitely will refer others to him. Thanks Scott!

Scott the Manager was Top Notch! He went above and beyond to take care of me and deliver my new 4 wheeler after hours in a snow storm! If your looking for a place to buy, this is the place! I hope the owners recognize him and don’t take him for granted. If your a potential customer, you don’t need to look any further then Genthe Honda Power Sports! And no, I’m not paid to write this and I did buy a 4 wheeler from there. This is a real review!

I hadn’t road or owned a bike since before I left the Marine Corps. The challenges encountered through this pandemic has taken a toll on the team. The owner of our company - an avid rider, is in the process of planning a road trip through Michigan as a morale builder. He goes to Genthe to look into bikes all 10 of us could afford and was treated as if he was looking to work for food. Well he won’t log a complaint. It’s not his nature. He’ll just take his money elsewhere. This said, I want to point out to the sales department. A 5 Star rating on Google comes from satisfied customers. My rating represents the dissatisfied customers that will not make or doesn’t have the time to note their dissatisfaction.
