Purchased a car from them while doing some contract labor. Honestly can not praise them enough about how well taken care of my accord was. The sales team, Tez and Andrew lead the pack in making sure all my needs were met. I had the chance to meet the GM/Owner, Andrew - who was super respectful and made time for me.nn10/10 Would Recommend.

Easily the easiest and least stressful dealership visit I’ve ever experienced. Our salesman, Carlos, never pressured us, and made sure we understood everything before even beginning the sale. Everyone there wasn’t afraid to tell us how it was, which is really refreshing for big purchases like this!nVery respectful and willing-to-help attitudes! Definitely recommend!

I have never had a better experience at a dealership than at Genthe Honda. Was I happy with cost, work needing to be done, problems along the way, no. Yet, Keon and Ben both made sure to be honest, understanding and fair when it came to what was best, for both me, the customer as well as for the dealership. That is all I would expect, not a handout, not skimming to cut a deal, honesty. If you are looking for that, go to Genthe Honda. Not to mention, Keon was particular supportive by communicating when he said he would, and providing what I thought to be above and beyond customer service. He always made it a point to pay attention to the customer in front of him and I respected that. My Honda vehicle needed lots of attention and was in their hands for a few weeks and I never once felt like I was on the back burner. Will definitely make this my dealership for any Honda needs. Hope you do too!

Steve in the body and service dept is the ONLY PERSON WHO CARES. I called to get service done on my accord. Ivan in sales answered “yo” and continued to be extremely unprofessional. I bought my car without even paying a payment. And thats how they treat a loyal customer. I wanted 10k+ in service and add on parts and that experience blew it sky high. Andrew: STEVE IS THE ONLY GUY THAT HAS GIVEN ME EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIX MY CAR’S PAINT (HOW IT WAS SOLD TO ME) AND DO RIGHT FOR YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I VERY GENUINELY FEEL LIKE I AM BEING TREATED THIS WAY BECAUSE IM 25 AND NOT 45. Not cool dude

I had a very positive experience with Zach Anderson at Genthe Honda. He was professional, friendly and did a really great job of meeting all my needs in moving me into my next lease early. I was very pleased to get a lower payment, with some great extras and into the vehicle I wanted. I love my 2020 Honda Fit. I'm just sad it is not produced anymore but at least I have the final year.
