Ivan was super friendly and helpful and once I had everything in order to purchase my vehicle it took less time than I was expecting it to take. One of the best experiences I have had going to a dealership.

Very disappointed in my attempt to purchase a vehicle. During negotiations I was quoted a price $4,000 more than what it had been listed for by the dealership on another site. Poor communication on the dealerships side if their sales staff are unaware of current pricing as I was told. Faith in transparent negotiations lost......... moved on

What a great experience! It was refreshing to not walk out feeling stressed out instead it was the opposite. Bobby was very kind and gentlemanly as well as the other salesmen there. They went out of their way to make buying a used car for my daughter a pleasant, smooth and fun experience. I highly recommend them! I purchased a used 2017 Ford Explorer XLT here last week. Overall, this was an easy, no pressure shopping and buying process at a great price.nnKatherine was my sales person and was great. She drove 45 minutes in a snow storm to pick me up at my house so I could drive the car home the same day. Alex in finance was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I didn't work directly with Bobby, but he provided some helpful information regarding the car.nnMy only minor complaint was that they initially did not have any information regarding the previous owner and maintenance, but they ended up digging up the title to determine this (it ended up being a rental car company).nnBefore purchasing it, I had the car looked at by a local mechanic and everything checked out. I have since had the car inspected by a Ford dealership and again they found nothing wrong.nnThanks again Katherine, Alex, & Bobby for a great buying experience.

While looking for a quality used car, Genthe was the place that really treated us well and put in work to help us find the right vehicle! Other dealerships we went to really seemed uninterested in putting in any help or caring about the customer needs. The finance manager Alex was incredible and really worked hard and went beyond to get us the absolute best price.
