How are you Pizza King when we cannot even get a 2 liter from you guys on Doordash? Whoever made that decision should be fired immediately. How can I enjoy a pizza without a drink? Just awful.
This is a chain that has been around Metro Detroit for many years. I actually didn't know that there was one near me until a friend mentioned it. I had to try them to see if they were as I remembered them. I called to place my order and asked if there was a special for large pizza and I was told that there was a special for a large with bread and a drink for $16 and change. I asked how much for just the pie and was told $15 and change, lol! I ordered the pie. With the bread. The bread was actually darn good with lots of garlic goodness. The pie was good, savory sauce, not sweet, which is the way it should be. Good cheese and typical chain whitebread crust. The next day was the ringer. As soon as I bit into a cold piece, I remembered why I used to order Pizza King: this pizza is excellent cold! Not gourmet but for a chain, it's a solid choice.
Pizza King is amazing! The employees we spoke to were extremely polite and helpful even when we played 20 questions (lol). We fell 'in like' at first sight and 'in love' with first bite. This is definitely a go to establishment!!
Absolutely the best, been going there since 1986. Definitely recommend
