The food was great but the phone service representative left much to be desired. Just a piece of advice to management, a possible retraining of proper phone etiquette would go a long way. We are here visiting and working and attempting to try out restaurants we've never visited before. The way the young lady speaks to people isn't very friendly or dripping with patience. In a world that is beginning to set manners and Customer service aside this isn't a good practice. I think the food is awesome but i am skeptical of ordering again.
I always order from this location and they had always been super friendly and fast. The last few times I’ve called the woman who answers has an attitude and acts like calling in to ask questions or place an order is an inconvenience to her. I love supporting local businesses but the local business should also treat its regular (and all customers) with at least the same respect given. Great food but customer service needs to be addressed.

Great pizza, I agree about the rude lady, it happened to me around February. My other beef is I usually get pizza on Tuesdays and its almost always Tuesday. There not open Tuesday, so the lose 52 pizza sale's per year from just one buyer.
