I thoroughly enjoy the combination of weight-lifting and cross fit/boot camp setup. The employees at the Dearborn have been super nice and encouraging. Also, the classes are a huge bonus! All around great place to be. Before Crunch, I was not a gym enthusiast. Now, I'm all for it.
The manager Amanda is extremely rude. She kicked me out without notice and when I apologized she didn't care. I am spreading the word to everyone who wants to make a membership that they should not. She could have handled her problem with me better. There was no communication just her trying to show me she is the boss.This is the worst customer service I have ever received.
If I could rate it a zero star I would. The staff is very rude and they do not even know how to handle memberships. When I signed up I set up auto pay and then I started getting calls saying I’m late on my payments. When I told them that I set up auto pay she told me maybe the person that signed me up messed up and they still charged me $80 in late fees on top of what I owed. Also they just revoked my brothers membership with no warning because his mask slipped under his nose while actively sprinting. He was very rude about it and would not refund what I had already prepaid.
It's a very very good gym. I got a membership and it's pretty cheap for a premium gym. Its sanitary and everyone is nice.
No one is wearing a mask and it is not enforced at all. Clearly there is a culture among the people who go here to not wear masks and the gym is totally fine that with. Otherwise, the gym itself is very nice. Such a shame.
