Clean, quiet, and not too busy. Many retirees, many people just getting off work. Lots of machines, lots of free weights, no machismo
I love this place. The indoor track is my favorite. The staff is wonderful and make it a joy to come amd workout. The equipment always works and is well taken care of. Shower water can stand to be hotter ud83dude0a
If you work at Ford, it's free 99¢.
No squat racks or Olympic bar bells. The old receptionist lady is also extremely stern and rude. If you’ve been to this gym, you know what Im taking about .
