Bought a Garmin because we are over the road truck drivers and needed it for directions. The garmin wouldn't navigate even after it was updated. Called and told them about it they said it turned on in store. I explained what was wrong with it and they said to bring it in and they would test it but if it came on theres nothing they can do. I explained a third time the problem told me to bring it in I told them we wouldn't be in state until next week they said that was past the 7 day period. And mind you we bought it yesterday. So they screwed us out of 80 bucks. We will never go back and will encourage others not to either. I mean unless you like to get screwed out of your hard earned money.
I understand this is a pawn shop but they need to focus more on keeping customers happy than dollar signs. I sold some things today and they could of offered me a little more than they did. They set their own price and wont barter. I got screwed bad today and once I pay my debt with them I will never go back.
