What an awesome experience from start to finish at Fairlane Ford. I had the pleasure of being helped by a very professional, helpful and extremely kind gentleman by the name of Melvin McElveen. This young man was so very helpful and truly considerate and kind. I so appreciated it! Everything was done correctly and completed exactly when Melvin estimated. I will most definitely be back to have service on my vehicle and would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you Melvin!

I have been purchasing cars for over 40 years and Russ Hickey at Fairlane Ford made my buying experience so easy I spent less than an hournIn the dealership opposed to spending half of a day as I had at other dealerships I was a little apprehensive at first preparing myself for the hard sell Russ put me right at ease there was absolutely no stress and he sold me exactly what I wanted. I will recommend Russ Hickey to every one of my friends and family make sure you go to Ford Fairlane and buy a car from Russ hickey and no I was not paid to leave this comment

This dealership always has taken great care of my vehicles. I love the Ford Works special. Unfortunately, even though I scheduled to have the works completed, they only changed the oil and didn’t rotate the tires. When I called the next day, they said unfortunately there wasn’t anything that could be done. I still will be going back, minor complaint that can easily be made.
