The one person who left a 5 star review is probably a family member or a worker because this place did not know common etiquette. They were just so pushy and rushed through the whole process. The only time they were taking their time was counting the money you pay them. They don’t even have a credit card machine, all cash. Now I understand why there were no appointments made since all of the other tax accounting places were booked 2 weeks in advance. Do not come here especially if this is your first time filing taxes. Do not come here at all.
