Executive Tax

My children and I have been going here for yrs. In the beginning we had a few issues not receiving refund. Getting a hold of her is not the easiest thing to do. She does spend a lot of time talking and has missed things or input the wrong information. We have waited up to two hrs. after our scheduled appt. time and once she wasn't even there, only to hear the excuses that it's her secretaries fault or a family emergency happened. Last yr. she made a mistake on my MI return. (I have gotten in the habit of double checking ). When I attempted to contact her I could never get a hold of her. Voice mail would be full. When she finally returned my call she promised she would get the amended return in the mail to me to sign and mail off. She never did. Some lame excuse!!! I ended up filing me own. This yr. both of my kids state returns were modified and reduced. When I finally spoke to her, after several attempts, she yelled at me and told me that it was still her busy time and she couldn't do anything right now and the state wouldn't even look at it right now. I told her she is never avail after tax season. She doesn't hesitate to take our money but, she is never there to amend or fix things. I question if she is even a legit tax service. I have been working on the state returns for both of my kids but, honestly I feel she should be doing the work. But, once again her mail box is full and she never has returned any calls. She doesn't even deserve one star but it made me click on one before it would post.

She always takes forever to do the actual taxes, Ive had issues with wrong info on my taxes multiple times. Can never get in touch with her, ive been trying to get in contact with her for over 6 months because I havent recieved my state taxes yet! I do not recommend at all.

Been using Executive for 4 years, this year she did not file my mom's taxes and will not return our phone calls. She keeps updating voicemail but will not return calls. I will never use Executive tax service ever again.

I’ve been coming here every year since I can remember. She always talks so much to the point of forgetting to input things and delays the entire process but this never bothered me enough to stop coming. This year however I made an appt. and About an hour before I drove by and noticed it looked dark, I called to make sure someone was there and she made up this story as to why she couldn’t do my taxes that day. So I finally was able to reschedule about a week or so after. I arrived and of course she was running an hour behind like Normal. So when it’s finally my turn I sit down expecting the loooong conversation about nothing. She jumps right into talking about how amazing Trump is and pushing her religion onto me. (I honestly don’t care what people’s political and religious views are just don’t try to change my mind about mine.)nAnyway she tells me that I need to pray more and tell me I need to go to her church...nshe then goes into this conversation about her friends daughter that “married a (n-word)” but she said the word and these are HER WORDS NOT MINE.nShe saw my face drop when she said that and proceeded to tell me how she’s not racists tho. ud83eudd26ud83cudffc‍♀ufe0f Like I didn’t even ask to talk about her friends daughter let alone to find out if she’s racist or not.nSo after that I had had enough. I told her she needed to hurry up and that I was done. She finished whatever she needed to finish. Then I had to remind HER to put my banking information down for my direct deposit... she told me it’ll take roughly 2 weeks for my refund then I left.nI waited 3 weeks I didn’t receive anything so I called to follow up. No answer and I left a message. A few days go by with no call so I called again and same thing. I called again a few days after nothing... after about another week and a half I finally get ahold of her to tell me I didn’t get my refund because she forgot to type in my license number. ud83eudd26ud83cudffc‍♀ufe0f I get mistakes happen but it shouldn’t have taken almost a month to find this out and I shouldn’t be the one calling her to fix this she should have informed me.nSo I give her that info and I didn’t get my refund until about a month and a half after that.nHonestly I haven’t had this bad of an experience in a long time. Aside from her messing everything up in terms of my taxes but she made me feel extremely uncomfortable too. Never again. Worst $75 I’ve ever spent.

Worst experience ever! Madonna filed my taxes in the wrong state! We have tried to have her fix this problem for over a year and we always get blown off. We went back to her to try to have her repair it and things only got worse. Still never fixed her mistake and made another mistake this year! I finally got her first mistake repaired on my own after hours on the phone with Montana.
