Genevieve Tusa included my name in legal documents - without my knowledge (did not contact me to let me know, I only found out because a third party told me). This has happened multiple times in what my lawyer read and described as “laughable, absurd” contracts that she wrote up in a persons legal documents. I also have never met this person whom I will leave unnamed for legal purposes, and I had never even heard of Genevieve Tusa until this. It is extremely bizarre and unprofessional.nnI have contemplated taking legal action against these two because I do not think that it is legal to include my name in a case multiple times without letting me know, but I would rather just publicly share this experience so that others may use caution if trying to find a lawyer. I would advise searching elsewhere.

Genevieve and her assistant Claudine made my divorce seamless. They were easy to get ahold of, eager to answer questions, and educated me fully on the process. I highly recommend Genevieve Tusa for divorce and family law. She is fair to both parties and maintains professionalism at all times.
